Once the online booking is complete you will receive a confirmation e-mail and information to reach our driver or the meeting point. The driver is waiting for you in the arrival hall of the airport, station, or at the port terminal with a sign indicating your name. In the event that the pick up is at the hotel, it will wait for you directly at the entrance. If the appointment takes place in open places, the sign will be displayed on the vehicle used for the service.
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes, all our drivers speak English.
Can I contact the driver?
Yes, once the tour or transfer service has been confirmed, before departure we will provide the name and telephone contact of the driver who will perform the service and, if provided, will remain at your disposal for the agreed period.
Are pets allowed to transport?
Animal friends are welcome on the Esposito Travel vehicles, so a suitable pet carrier is required.
How can I pay?
For private tours it is possible to pay directly online with a card. For other tours and transfers it is possible to pay by card and in cash.
Are there any penalties for cancellations?
No penalty for cancellations up to 7 days before the service. In case of online booking and cancellations received up to 7 days before the service, the advance payment will be refunded. In case of cancellation shorter than the indicated day we apply a 30% penalty.

How can I book a tour?
In the selected tour form there is a box to book the chosen tour online, just enter the date and number of passengers. It will also be necessary to indicate the place of pick up and in case of departure from the Hotel, B&B, the name of the structure. Alternatively, you can fill in the information request forms in the Contact section.
Can I have an invoice?
The invoice must be requested during the booking phase, and will be delivered to you at the end of the service.
